Gluten-Free Valentines Day Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients: 1 Large Egg 3/4 Cup Sugar 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1 Cup Creamy Unsweetened Peanut Butter 1/2 Tsp Gluten-Free Vanilla Extract 18 Dove Heart-Shaped Milk Chocolates Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together egg, sugar, baking soda and vanilla with a mixer. Beat in peanut butter. Drop dough by 2 teaspoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Press one heart-shaped Dove chocolate lightly into each cookie. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly set. Tranfer to wire rack until completely cooled.
